Invitation Rewards Rules

B.AI invitation rewards let you invite friends to register and earn Coin when eligible invited friends top up or subscribe. This page explains invitation registration rewards, referral rebates, Coin settlement, redemption, and adjustments.

1. Invitation Registration Reward​

When a friend registers through your dedicated invitation link or invitation code, they can claim a dedicated invitation registration gift of 300,000 Credits.

  • Each user can be linked to only one inviter.
  • Users cannot invite themselves.
  • The 300,000 Credits invitation registration gift is a free bonus Credit grant and is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. Any unused portion expires automatically after that period.

2. Referral Rebates​

An invitation relationship remains valid for two years after it is established. During this period, you can earn Coin when an invited friend completes an eligible top-up or subscription.

Rebates are calculated from the invited friend's actual paid eligible amount. Bonus amounts, discounts, refunds, and abnormal orders are not included in rebate calculations.

The current standard rebate rate is 1%. You can apply to become an invitation ambassador through the platform's application form. After approval, you may receive a higher rebate rate.

The rebate rate shown in the Promotion and Referral Center applies to your account. The platform may adjust rates and eligibility under the rules described on this page.

3. Coin Settlement Time​

Before Coin is settled, it is shown as Pending. The expected settlement time is displayed on the billing page.

4. Coin Validity and Use​

Settled Coin does not expire. Coin can currently be redeemed for Credits. Additional uses may be introduced in the future, subject to the rules available at that time.

5. Redeeming Coin for Credits​

  1. Go to the Promotion and Referral Center.
  2. Select Redeem.
  3. Enter the whole-number amount of Coin you want to redeem.

The current redemption rate is 1 Coin = 1,000,000 Credits. The platform sets the rate; if it is adjusted, the current rate displayed on the Promotion and Referral Center redemption page prevails.

When redeeming Coin:

  • Each redemption must be at least 1 Coin.
  • You can redeem part or all of your available Coin, but the amount must be a whole number.
  • Only settled Coin can be redeemed. Pending Coin and Coin pending clawback cannot be redeemed.
  • The amount cannot exceed your available Coin balance.
  • Coin is deducted immediately and Credits are added immediately after a successful redemption.
  • Credits obtained from Coin redemption are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.
  • A successful redemption cannot be reversed.

6. Refunds and Exceptional Cases​

If an invited friend has an abnormal registration, policy violation, refund, chargeback, dispute, or account suspension, the platform may cancel pending Coin or claw back Coin that has already been settled.

If your available Coin balance is insufficient for a clawback, the remaining amount is shown as Pending Clawback and is deducted from Coin you receive in the future.

B.AI may adjust rebate rates, redemption rates, settlement times, and related rules based on program operations. The latest rules displayed in the Promotion and Referral Center and billing pages prevail.
